To help make your registration process as smooth as possible, we encourage all parents and guardians to download and review the Form 1 Registration Checklist before visiting the school.

The checklist outlines all of the required documents and items needed for registration, including:

  • Original SEA Placement Slip
  • Student’s Birth Certificate (original and copy)
  • Two recent passport-sized photographs
  • Parent/Guardian identification
  • Baptism Certificate (for Roman Catholic students)
  • School Insurance Fee
  • Any additional required documentation where applicable
